looking at david's pictures made me really miss days in new jersey.
exploration and adventures.
i think i really will quit a job soon. so i can really enjoy the middle'end of summer, maybe spend some more time in nj.
although i do a have a few days off for now.
and i had a really nice day yesterday. went shopping! which is. something i feel like i rarely do..
hung out with matty for a bit and then went to clinton hill to meet up with alex!
holy shit! alex. i havn't seen him in.. like 2 years maybe? so stupid when we have always close.
his new apartment and friends and everything was really nice. definetly like to see him more.
now im sitting around in my underpants listening to a lady practice her opera.
i'm guna clean up a little bit, stretch some canvas.. and then who knows..
i talked to mike parissi, keri comes home (with an air conditioner, yus!).. all i know for sure is tonight the catch a preditor show is on, and i'm all over it.

this will be yet another one of those stupid things..
2005. it has been a good year i'd say. like no other atleast. for me anyway.
making super friends.. meeting some real good poeple.
learning from them. seeing mia twice. and some real good shows here and there.
living with great poeple. ahem*(3b).. and living out of a backpack for half of the week all summer..
unionsquare the few times i was there to enjoy it with friends.
trips to philly and boston were reallyreally fun and great. hawaii was amaazing.
to goodgrades.. 7d and kerilyn! matt's great portfolio review made me really happy too.
luca buvoli! matty crocker! memory foam! lazy days.

tonight is the first night that i've had time to myself in a long time.
after class, i went to the seniors open studios. i looked around but pretty much hung around with laura and david, in his space.
i got pretty drunk drinking everyones wine and my sister came with ben. but i had to leave to meet dylan.. who's doing me a huuge favor and putting a dvd onto a minidvtape for one of my classes..
came home. ate a sandwich and fell asleep.
i really wanted to go see matty but when i woke up i didn't feel so good and it was all rainy and slushy. so i stayed in.
so i took a bath and just kinda sat around i guess procrastinating and it felt kinda nice.
although the stress is subsiding and my list is winding down, i've had trouble letting go of all the anxiety.
i can't wait till it's all over and i can just go to sleep for a day or two.
these last two weeks were really crazy. ups and downs. i don't even know where it really began.
it was just like. one day i woke up and i had a million things going on.
i guess that's how it usually works though.
i just had an urge to go to a mall. even though i see tons of people everyday on street, i feel like it would be fun to watch them in a mall right now.
maybe when i'm home i'll take a trip to gardenstate.
tomorrow in class i hope we have a pizza party. seriously. it would make my week.
i'm really gunna try for it. i know we arn't working and we're just showing work so, ima try to make it happen!
i love pizza parties!

today
i saw a painting selling for $3,200,000.
was told i'm androgynous and i would make an attractive seven year old boy.
had my palm read by my cab driver on the way home.
these may not all seem like strange occurrences, but well really just the cabdriver thing was really fucking strange. like really really weird. the cab driver was praying and holding my hands.. i didn't know what to do. apparently i have a purple aura.. good energy and my life line is intersected in two places so i need to watch my smoking habit... and i'm romantic... haha
sometimes i wonder how i get myself into certain situations.
but i did go to some amazing galleries
highly recomended Gagosian and Andrea Rosen, both on 24th street.
also the claus oldenburg and phillip guston shows, i enjoeyed.. but, if you don't like their work, don't bother.
i cant even check the spelling of those names. i need my bed

I'm sitting here crying at 5am because I just watched Dancer in the Dark. Although I've seen it a few times before, I think this is the most upset I have gotten. It's such a good movie though. I told myself I wasn't going to watch the whole thing but I ended up watching most of it.. until the last 5 seconds, I was crying too hard and snot was all over, so I just shut it off. Now the musical never ends.

i just got into bed and i am so happy. so so happy.
i'm so comfortable and just resting after such a loooong day
a long good day though.
started with little sleep, waking up at 8 and going to class.
i had a decent critique of a piece that i finally finished, exlpaining the little sleep
maybe i should write in paragraphs?
then i came home went back to the sculpture building to get my id. came back home.
i was soooo excited to finally lay down or take a nap...
laid in my bed for i think threeee minutes, got a call for my mom because she was in the city.
went uptown to meet her, ate some food with my mom and kevin
went downtown to meet matt.
after we met we headed to the celllar for a bit then cakeshop
i started to feel tired... so i ended up on the bus, on my way home.
when i realized or rather decided i wasn't really tired anymore.
called ashley, went to her dorm and hung out for a while, ate an apple and walked home
only to find my roommates all up and watching the office<3
where i told them in even more detail about this loong synopsis..
even though they're probably the only ones reading this.. being my only friends...
and now, here, i coontinue on this energy.. energy boost? i feel really stupid using those two words?
but i also don't like the term second wind maybe? i don't like the idea of having a wind, i don't think.
anyway, i'm rambling because i'm way tired. is that second to last sentence a double negative?
i know it's incorrect but i don't know why.. i don't think i learned that in school ever.
or maybe i'm just delirious.
today was a good day not only because i did a lot of things but because my i feel like my brain is working again? i think. i felt fresh or something if that makes any sense. and also i think i fell inlove with new york again today. i was walking down the street and all of a sudden i felt really small, but in a good way. and i was just enamored by this metropolis for the rest of the day. and while i was waiting for ashley to come back to her dorm (she wasn't there when i first called her) i waited in union square for a little bit. here are some things i thought about
i swear i'll never stop realizing this. but people are fucking crazy? soo many people are just fucking nuts and weird. especially new yorkers maybe? but actually, i'm not worldly enough to make that statement... but there are plenty of crazies here anyway.
and while i was sitting on the steps and.. now that im thinking about it i can't remember.. fuck. i think this guy that was sitting next to me said something like he wanted to reserve the domain name.. something like spreadthejoy.com... but i think it was better than that.. and it's just more poortired recollection of the event.
and new york city produces soooooooo much garbage.. seriously. it amazes me that there is so much and theres a system for taking care of it. sometimes the thought this huge system with so many people and. i don't i'm talking about garbage. too late. too many words. going on for too long/ goodnight.
